At Serenity Health I work with people from all backgrounds and ages to empower them to reach their personal health and wellness goals. As a Health and Wellbeing Coach I provide people with a safe, non judgemental space to voice their health and wellbeing issues. I then guide them to make changes to their lives, enabling them to be the best that they can be.

Often, over eating or cravings can actually be a result of emotional issues, stress in your life, lack of sleep or hormonal imbalances. Making poor food choices may be due to a lack of motivation to change or not knowing where to start to change.
