Serenity Sugar Strike Programme

We are living in a world where processed sugar is becoming more commonly consumed and is now often added to food items to replace the fat that has been removed following the “low fat” fad. The problem is that sugar is highly addictive and eaten in large amounts, can lead to a whole range of health issues including obesity, heart disease and cancer. Added sugar contains a whole bunch of calories with no essential nutrients. Serenity Sugar Strike is ideal for anyone who wants to increase their knowledge about what sugar really is and what it does to the body and/or anyone that wants to reduce the amount of processed sugar in their everyday diet.
