” I have just completed 6 cookery sessions with Gill. A friend of mine met Gill at an Expo and between us we put together a plan for 6 sessions of 2 hours to upgrade our cooking skills and nutritional knowledge for a group of 3. The sessions were just what I needed to get me into the mindset of changing some of my eating patterns. Although you can look up recipes, for me it is not the same as someone demonstrating and talking you through the nutritional benefits. We covered a lot of different areas, including: kombucha, keffir, baking, healthy salads, juices, sprouting, healthy desserts, vegetarian meals for myself and meat dishes for a friend in the group. Gill is very professional and fills a lot into the two hours, we always went home with lots of goodies. I always felt very motivated after completing these sessions and I always enjoyed the classes. I would highly recommend Gill as a Health Coach. She is passionate, knowledgeable and as mentioned before very professional. I miss going along to our classes and look forward to hearing about any courses Gill is offering. ”

” Thank you on behalf of Meadow Mushrooms and the 11 staff members that attended your 1 hour presentation on “12 steps to a better health” on site. This was the perfect presentation for our health and safety week topic – wellbeing.

The 12 categories covered most things in life to improve an individual’s overall wellness.  The topics ranged from drinking the right amount of water, to getting more out of life by gradually decreasing your alcohol and caffeine intake. We all thought it was great (and realistic) that people won’t or can’t just cut out these habits and that making small gradual changes can work best.  Another great suggestion was trying wholegrains in your meals and that using sweet vegetables lowered the craving for sugar and to nurture your body and have healthy relationships.

You were very clear and we were impressed by your knowledge on the subjects, giving our team plenty of realistic, relevant examples and reasons to make changes if we need to. Our team were really engaged and asked questions. Personally speaking, I still think I’m going to struggle to drink 3 litres of water a day but I will definitely try to increase the amount I do drink.

Finally thank you for being very accommodating when we needed to change the day of the presentation with you to be conducted earlier than originally planned.
